無麩質朱古力蛋糕

Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

材料:
朱古力片 250克
砂糖 150克
有鹽牛油(溶化) 110克
雞蛋6隻
雲呢拿香油 1湯匙

Ingredients:
250g Chocolate pieces
150g Sugar
110g Salted butter, melted
6 Eggs
1 tbsp Vanilla extract

裝飾:
糖粉
雜莓
芝士醬 伴吃

Decoration:
Powdered sugar
Mixed berries
Cheese spread, for dipping

做法:
1. 預熱焗爐至攝氏180度。

2. 在電動攪拌機內加入4隻蛋白及75克砂糖,打發至硬性發泡。
3. 將朱古力座熱水及攪拌至溶化,加入已溶牛油拌勻。
4. 準備一個大碗,加入2隻雞蛋、4隻蛋黃及75克砂糖,打發至淺黃色,加入雲呢拿香油拌勻。
5. 將朱古力混合物加入蛋漿中拌勻。
6. 在蛋糕模上噴上煮食油,然後灑上一層麵粉。
7. 將一半蛋白霜加入朱古力漿中,輕手拌勻。
8. 將餘下的蛋白霜加入拌勻。
9. 將蛋糕漿倒入蛋糕模至2/3滿,放入焗爐焗20-25分鐘。
10. 取出放涼後脫模,灑上糖霜,加上你喜歡的雜莓作裝飾。
11. 伴以芝士漿享用即成。

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a mixer, whisk the 4 egg whites and the 75g sugar until stiff peak.
3. Melt the chocolate over boiling water and whisk until dissolve. Add the melted butter and whisk well.
4. In a bowl, add 2 eggs, 4 egg yolks and 75g sugar. Whisk until light yellow. Add the vanilla extract.

5. Add the chocolate mixture in the egg mixture and whisk to combine.
6. Spray the cooking oil on the cake mold and dust it with flour.
7. Add half of the egg white into the chocolate mixture and gently fold together.
8. Add the rest of the egg white and fold again.

9. Add the batter about 2/3 full and bake it for 20-25 minutes.
10. Let cool, remove from the cake mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Decorate with mix berries.
11. Serve with cheese spread.
