炒大蝦意粉
材料 (Ingredients):
大蝦(去殼) 2隻 King Prawn “Shelled” 2pcs
意粉 Spaghetti
橄欖油 2湯匙 Olive Oil 2tbs
蒜片 1隻 Garlic Slice 1pcs
辣椒 1/2隻 Chili Slice 1/2pcs
雞湯 6安士 Chicken Stock 6oz
白酒 50毫升 White Wine 50ml
調味料 (Seasonings):
鹽 適量 Salt
胡椒粉 適量 Pepper
香草 適量 Parsley for Garnish
做法 (Steps):
1. 先將大蝦洗淨及剝殼後,加入鹽和胡椒粉調
味。
( Wash and de-shell the king prawn. Then season
with salt and pepper.)
2. 將意粉及鹽放入滾水煮10分鐘,再隔去水
分,備用。
(Place the spaghetti in boiling salted water and cook
for about 10 minutes then drained.)
3. 放橄欖油煎大蝦2分鐘後,加入蒜片及辣椒。
(Saute king prawn in olive oil for 2 minutes then add
garlic and chili.)
4. 再加白酒和雞湯煮30秒。
(Add white wine and chicken stock and cook for 30
seconds.)
