燕窩南瓜粥
Pumpkin Congee with Bird’s Nest

材料:
南瓜100克
白米 ½杯
水 5杯
燕窩(已浸)

Ingredients:
100g Pumpkin
½ cup Rice
5 cups Water
Bird nest, soaked

做法:
1.將米洗淨,加入水用大火煮滾,然後轉中火,不時攪拌,煮至米爆花及成為粥備用。
2.將南瓜洗淨後去皮,切成小塊,隔水蒸熟。
3.將已浸的燕窩放在燉盅內,加少許水,蓋上盅蓋燉30分鐘。
4.將蒸熟的南瓜壓成蓉,加入粥裡面拌勻。
5.將南瓜粥放在碗內,在表面加上燉好的燕窩即成。

Directions:
1. Rinse the rice, add the water and bring it to boil. Reduce the heat to medium and keep stir. Cook until the rice has broken up.
2. Clean and peel the pumpkin. Cut into small pieces and steam it until soft.
3. Place the soaked bird nest in the double broiler with some water and double boil for 30 minutes.

4. Mash the pumpkin and stir in with the congee.
5. Place it in the bowl and top with the bird nest. Ready to serve.
